Three years ago, at Christmas time, I wrote a brief letter to employees, following my rounds that morning."It's a holiday," I said, "and our patients need us."
I also compared the hospital to Robert Frost's definition of home, "where, when you go there, / They have to take you in."
What a responsibility we have, working in the hospital. And what a privilege too.

Home is where your heart is and what makes you get up and do what you do evey day. Taking care of those who need you. Thank you Mr. Quinn. I remember when you wrote this and will never Forget.
